Return Policy

While most items are returnable, returns are subject to the following guidelines.
Proper Conditions for Return and Refund We cannot refund returns for certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days from ship date. Any item that is not in its new/original condition. Any item that is damaged, missing parts, original accessories or manuals, etc. Any item not in the original manufacturers box.
For Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer's defect or our error. For all other items, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Refusing Delivery If you refuse a delivery from SportArmory.com for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. Once return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus shipping.
Return Shipping Method For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Please be sure to keep your receipt and tracking number. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
Issuing Refunds You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. If refund cannot be issued to your credit card (due to expired card), a check will be issued.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders received after noon PST will not ship until the next business day. US mail will take 24-48 hours to process on regular business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. During Christmas season and other Holidays, our shipping times are extended. If you need a package within a certain period of time, please note with your order, and we will make every effort to meet your schedule. There are certain times when an item may be unavailable. Your item will be held on backorder and ship as soon as it comes into stock. An email will be sent informing of delay and giving you the option to keep item on backorder, exchange for different item or cancel your order.

throwing knife sets, large hunting knives, bowies
Be very careful of shipping swords by Air, they may be overweight and oversized - shipping can run high.
Shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect exceptions.
If package shipping runs over our standard shipping rates, we will charge actual shipping costs only.

US MAIL will take 24-48 hours to process so shipment may be 2-4 business days from order date. Time frame is based on regular business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. All US Mail, PO Box, APO, FPO, AK, and HI, shipments will ship US Priority Mail. US Mail Shipping is not free, it is based on our Base Rates. Our automated shipping charges will be incorrect. Shipping will be manually calculated by our shipping department at actual cost if actual shipping charges are over our base shipping rates. If actual shipping cost is more than our base rates we will never charge you more than the actual cost of shipping and insurance. If you accidentally choose the wrong shipping method, for PO Box, AK, HI, or APO FPO addresses, our shipping department will change the shipping method for you.

We ship to the 50 US States, US Territories, and US APO / FPO Military orders and Puerto Rico. We will also ship International orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for international shipping quote.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
1. Please email within 10 days of delivery for a return authorization number and shipping instructions Monday-Friday. Please place this RA# number on the outside of your package or our receiving department may refuse the shipment.
2. RA numbers are good for 10 days. Please include a copy of your invoice.
3. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and insured.
4. Merchandise must be in new/unused condition with original boxes and papers (condition of product as determined by us). Do not return merchandise in padded envelopes, it destroys the original boxes and can damage the knives.
5. Merchandise returned after 10 days or returned with no RA number may not be accepted.
6.Shipping is not refundable for any reason, and we do not pay for return shipping for any reason.
7. All refunds are with the original purchaser only.
8. All returns / refused / canceled orders are charged a 20% restocking fee.
9. Items purchased mail-order or through the internet must be returned by US Mail or UPS, no on-site returns.

We do our best to correctly represent products we sell with photo, price and copy. Sometimes we make mistakes. If such a mistake should occur, your order will be corrected to reflect the proper information.
Damages or Shortages
Shortages and shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. You must keep all shipping boxes, invoices and packing. Without them, claims will be denied. Fedex, UPS or USPS will want to inspect them. Call us for instructions to insure proper credit or replacement.
Out of Stock Items
Our inventory levels are not currently linked to our website. Items shown on various pages may be out of stock when ordered. We will email you if inventory is inadequate to process your order and give you the choice to backorder, ship what is in stock or substitute.
